Shipping and Delivery Policy – Phixcare

Phixcare provides doorstep service and device pickup/delivery options for certain repairs and rentals.

Doorstep Repair (Preferred Method):

• Repairs done at your home within 30 minutes (if possible)
  
  

• Available in select service areas

Pickup & Delivery (if needed):

• For major repairs or laptop rentals, we offer pickup and drop
  
  

• Delivery within 1-3 days depending on location and availability

Charges:

• Basic doorstep service: Free
  
  

• Pickup & delivery: May incur nominal fee, informed before booking

Timings:

Mon-Sat: 10 AM – 8 PM

Sundays: Limited slots
