Terms and Conditions – Phixcare

Welcome to Phixcare. By using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Scope:
We offer doorstep repair services for mobiles, laptops, and computers, usually completed in 30 minutes in front of the customer.

2. Booking & Payment:
All service bookings must be confirmed via call, WhatsApp, or our website. Payments must be completed before or after the service, based on the selected plan.

3. Warranty:
All services include up to 3 months to 6 months warranty (terms vary by service). Warranty does not cover physical damage or liquid damage.

4. Customer Responsibilities:
Provide accurate device and contact information. Ensure availability during the scheduled visit.

5. Disputes:
For any service issues, please contact us directly. We aim to resolve all concerns amicably.
